Already a fan of Cougar Town for its quick dialogue, recurring jokes (Imaginary Hat!), and star Courtney Cox whose character Jules could very well be Monica Geller’s cousin from one of my favorite shows Friends, let’s add Busy Philipp’s character Laurie and her cake business to the list of things I love. It’s a nice little tie-in from the actress’ real life talent. See: Tangled for her daughter’s birthday and this Lego Ninja. I took a few shots of the cakes on the show and of the bakery.
The ladybug cake or as Laurie describes it as, “Congrats on your baby-that-you-had-with-a-drunk-girl-that-you-picked-up-at-your-bar-before-you-started-dating-Jules cake.”

I’m wondering how the cake got so shiny. It looks like fondant brushed with some sort of wash.
This pink puppy is absolutely adorable.
